The Spur Jumping Association is dedicated to the art and sport of show jumping, we proudly bring together enthusiasts, professionals, and champions alike to celebrate the elegance, skill, and excitement of this dynamic discipline.
All horses registered in Spur trained in Jumping are automatically eligable for the SJA — no registration required.
About The SJA
The SJA was founded in June 2024 in order to promote and advance the art and sport of show jumping in Spur with integrity, excellence, and inclusivity. We are dedicated to nurturing a community that celebrates the partnership between horse and rider, upholding the highest standards of horsemanship, sportsmanship, and ethical practices.

- host shows - every season the SJA will host a six show series.
- recognise exceptional horses - present association-specific titles and awards
- host annual championships - every sim year, the SJA hosts its annual championships and awards respective titles.

Awards & Recognition
One of the prinicpal purposes of the SJA is to recognise exceptional horses within the show jumping discipline beyond the show titles awarded by Spur.
These recognitions include annual championships as well as Horse of the Year, Producer of the Year, Best Newcomer awards. More detail on these awards is forthcoming.
